Refunds and Returns
Our aim is to provide our customers with excellent customer service.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges should you have any issues with your order please contact us on [email protected] and we will resolve the issue accordingly, as customer satisfaction is our priority.
Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we would be more than happy to offer you a feee replacement upon evidence of photographic evidence. Please send evidence to us via email within 24 hours of delivery to enable us to process your claim. Evidence must be sent within this time frame or we won’t be able to assist you.
How long does delivery take?
As our drinks are made fresh, it can take up to 2 working days to process your orders after receiving them.
Please allow a full 3-5 working days in total for your order to reach you.*
All orders are tracked and customers will receive an order confirmation including a tracking reference number.

All our recipes are made using the best quality ingredients, from syrups, spirits and juices.

Our drinks have 10% ABV.
How long does it last?
All our products will have a BBE date on them.
How do I store it?
Keep out of direct sunlight, once received keep refrigerated. Please lay your drink flat.

Our drinks are best served cold. Please shake well before serving.
